Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5 - 3 years of experience in Collection ( Banking voice process), who are proficient in Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
