Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government liaison, statutory follow-ups, and external stakeholder coordination on behalf of a reputed Limited Company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with visiting Guests and ensuring timely booking of their accommodation, travel and facilitating professional environment till they leave the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating, Booking, accommodation for Visiting guests. Liaise with respective individuals, Companies, statutory authorities, local bodies and other regulatory agencies.

• Handle follow-ups related to licences, registrations, approvals, renewals and statutory documentation.

• Coordinate with officials and facilitate timely resolution of administrative and regulatory matters.

• Visit airports and arrange to pick up and drop guests at the suitable accommodation facilities as required.

• Maintain proper records of applications, correspondence, approvals and pending matters.

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect documents and information required for statutory submissions.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with visiting officials and external stakeholders.

• Track regulatory requirements and ensure timely follow-up on pending issues.

• Represent the company professionally during interactions with external authorities.

• Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience as a PRO / Liaison Officer especially handling company guests, preferably in a Limited Company or established corporate environment.

• Good knowledge of government procedures, statutory offices and administrative processes.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills.

• Should be willing to travel to government offices and meet external authorities as required.

• Good documentation and coordination skills.

• Professional conduct, maturity and ability to handle confidential matters.

• Candidates with established government liaison experience will be preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
