Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and provide suitable products/services and solutions.

Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business growth.

Maintain regular communication and follow up with clients to ensure long-term engagement.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management is preferred.
