Manage and update customer details, leads, and interactions in the CRM system
Coordinate with sales and field teams to track customer visits and follow-ups
Identify new sales opportunities through CRM data, inquiries, and market insights
Explain product/service details to customers via calls, messages, or emails
Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into successful sales
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing customers
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and targets in CRM
Collect customer feedback and share insights with sales and management teams
Prepare daily reports, lead status reports, and performance summaries
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for order processing and service delivery
