Job Description
At Substance Communication, Hybrid Advertising Creative Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Client Service Executive who can assist clients with products and services issues and help to maintain a high customer retention level and also who can help maintain existing clients grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. The Client Services Executive will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our services and act as liaison with the clients. The successful client service executive will also be responsible for collaborating with different team members and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance client & team relation.
Responsibilities of the Job
1. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of client service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
2. Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
3. Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase maximum satisfaction
4. Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
5. Become the reliable point of contact for each client that is required to establish a strong business relationship
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
7. Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life
8. Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them and assist in creating ways for delivering excellent clients service to irate or problematic clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and a client-first attitude.
Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools and basic knowledge of digital analytics tools.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required
2. Strong communication skills required
3. 2+ years’ experience in customer service role
4. 1+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing position preferred
5. Proven ability to utilize the Sales force contact platform required
6. Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines hand hold between client and the agency.
