Job Summary As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying suitable profiles, coordinating communication between prospective matches, and ensuring a smooth matchmaking process. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients' preferences and matchmaking requirements.

• Review and maintain accurate client information and profiles.

• Shortlist suitable profiles based on client expectations.

• Share and explain relevant profiles to clients.

• Follow up with clients regarding profile interests and feedback.

• Coordinate communication between interested families.

• Arrange and schedule conference calls between prospective matches.

• Organize family meetings at the office or other agreed locations.

• Maintain regular client engagement and provide timely updates.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the matchmaking journey.

• Achieve monthly performance and relationship management targets. Skills Required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong relationship-building abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle multiple clients effectively.

• Positive attitude and professional approach.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience) Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (₹5,000 – ₹30,000+ per month) Additional Benefits
