Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients while ensuring high service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (Brief)

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Act as the main point of contact for client communication

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams

• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues

• Maintain client records and prepare regular reports

• Support business growth through client retention and upselling
