Client Relationship Executive/Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, handle follow-ups, understand client requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Handle client calls, meetings, WhatsApp and email communication.
Identify potential clients, develop strategies to attract them, and work on cross - selling or upselling , follow up with prospects and support client acquisition and retention.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the consulting team.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations and client pitch decks.
Create festival greetings, client communication and basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc. for research, drafting, presentations and business communication.
Maintain client records, follow-up reports and lead status.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client queries.
Required Skills
Good communication, client handling and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, PowerPoint and Canva.
Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
Comfortable using AI tools for daily work.
Strong coordination and organisational skills.
