क्लाइंट रिलेशनशिप मैनेजर

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Keyson Solutions Llp. The role offers ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Healthcare. Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Doctor & KOL Coordination (Most Important):

  •⁠ ⁠Primary point of contact for Doctors, KOLs, and Hospital admin teams

  •⁠ ⁠Invitation, RSVP management & follow-up with doctors

  •⁠ ⁠Manage speaker coordination - topic confirmation, presentation collection, travel & honorarium

  •⁠ ⁠Maintain updated database of doctors speciality-wise

  2. Medical Event Planning & Execution:

  •⁠ ⁠Plan CMEs, Conferences, RTMs, LBL Meets, Medical Camps from start to finish

  •⁠ ⁠Prepare event timelines, checklists, budgets and guest lists (doctors)

  •⁠ ⁠Venue booking - Hospital auditoriums, banquet halls, hotels

  •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with medical associations if required

  3. Vendor & Logistics Management:

  •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with AV, branding, printing, catering, travel vendors

  •⁠ ⁠Ensure MCI / pharma compliance for branding and gifting

  •⁠ ⁠Handle registrations, welcome kits, feedback forms on ground

  4. Client Handling (Pharma / Healthcare Companies):

  •⁠ ⁠Understand client brief and ensure flawless execution as per SOP

  •⁠ ⁠Handle last-minute changes from doctors / clients calmly

  •⁠ ⁠Post-event reporting with photos, attendance sheet, expense summary

  What We Need:

  •⁠ ⁠Must be comfortable talking to Doctors - Confident & Professional Communication

  •⁠ ⁠Strong coordination, multitasking & follow-up skills

  •⁠ ⁠Willingness to work on-ground, travel for events, and work on weekends (event days)

  •⁠ ⁠Presentable personality and good email / phone etiquette

  •⁠ ⁠Knowledge of medical terminology / specialities will be an advantage.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
