Job Title: Client Servicing Executive
Location: Nagpur
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: Up to ₹4–5 LPA (based on skills and experience)
Eligibility: Open to men and women (Age: 23–40 years)
Role Objective
The Client Servicing Executive will act as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, managing day-to-day operational communication, business traffic coordination, MIS reporting, and query or escalation handling to ensure high service standards and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Interface with client-side stakeholders located across multiple cities
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs
Generate, download, and maintain routine MIS reports using MS Excel as per defined timelines
Handle client queries and manage escalations in a timely and professional manner
Proactively engage with clients to encourage increased share of business
Maintain clear and professional communication via email and phone
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client interactions
Assertive and persistent in follow-ups without being aggressive
Professional email etiquette for internal and external communication
Pleasant and confident voice for phone interactions
Technical Skills
MS Excel – Intermediate level (including VLOOKUP and Conditional Formatting)
Proficiency with laptops and desktop systems
Comfortable working with email and basic office tools
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate degree required (B.Com preferred)
1–2 years of experience in back-office or client coordination roles
Prior industry experience is not mandatory
Language Requirements
Hindi and English – decent spoken communication skills
