Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and well-presentable Client Relationship Manager from the skin clinic industry as the primary preference, or from premium salon industry as the second preference. The CRM will be responsible for client communication, appointment coordination, follow-ups, treatment guidance, relationship management, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules for clients.
Build strong relationships with high-profile and regular clients to ensure repeat visits.
Explain treatments, packages, offers, and recommendations professionally.
Handle client queries via call, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, and front office.
Maintain client records, treatment history, and follow-up logs.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any concerns politely and timely.
Upsell and cross-sell treatment packages where applicable (non-pushy, advisory approach).
Support front-office operations during peak hours.
Maintain confidentiality with all client data, especially premium clients.
Skills & Requirements:
Mandatory experience in Skin Clinics / Aesthetic Clinics / Dermatology Clinics (FIRST priority).
Candidates from Premium Salon or Beauty Industry can also apply (SECOND priority).
Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
Presentable, confident, customer-oriented, and patient-friendly personality.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Knowledge of basic skincare treatments, services, facials, lasers, or beauty services.
Comfortable working with CRM software and appointment management tools.
Willing to relocate near the workplace (important requirement).
