Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a motivated Onboarding & Operations to join our growing team at Dinematters. This is a hands-on role where you will help onboard restaurant partners, set up accounts, manage operational tasks, and ensure a smooth client experience.

You will work closely with the team to support daily onboarding activities and contribute to building efficient systems in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect required information from restaurant partners
• Set up restaurant profiles, menus, categories, and dashboard details
• Create and organize digital menus with proper structure and accuracy
• Ensure menu items, pricing details, and descriptions are correctly added
• Verify data and maintain quality standards across all setups
• Coordinate with clients for missing information and onboarding support
• Assist clients with basic platform understanding and issue resolution
• Track onboarding progress and ensure smooth completion
• Monitor client activity and report engagement updates
• Support social media and operational activities when required

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort using dashboards/tools
• Ability to follow processes and instructions carefully
• Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment

Good to Have:

• Canva or basic design knowledge
• Understanding of restaurant workflows and menus
• Basic familiarity with SaaS products and tools
