About the Role

Book Your Brands is looking for a proactive, highly organized and result-oriented Client Servicing & Operations Manager who can independently manage existing clients, coordinate internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of client satisfaction, timely project delivery, team productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and communicate briefs to internal teams.

• Manage client feedback, revisions, escalations and complaints.

• Conduct regular client follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Drive client retention, renewals and upselling opportunities.

2. Operations & Team Management

• Manage daily operations and coordinate with video editors, designers and other team members.

• Assign tasks based on workload, priority and deadlines.

• Track daily productivity, project progress and delivery timelines.

• Ensure proper quality checks before final client delivery.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.

3. Business & Revenue Management

• Track client packages, renewals and outstanding payments.

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth onboarding of new clients.

• Ensure efficient resource utilization and timely project completion.

4. Reporting & Accountability

• Maintain daily operational dashboards and client trackers.

• Monitor turnaround time, client complaints, revisions and team productivity.

• Prepare weekly reports on client satisfaction, delivery performance and account renewals.

• Take complete ownership of operational escalations until resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, agency operations or team management.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Experience managing multiple clients and internal teams.

• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media content and video editing workflows.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage competing priorities.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and project management tools.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ensure opening of center and closure on day to day basis

• Ensure manage employees and also their productivity
