We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client communication, coordinate between departments, ensure timely responses, and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM software).
Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and project teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Track project updates and share regular status reports with clients.
Ensure customer documentation, agreements, and payments are properly managed.
Follow up with customers for pending documents or payments.
Work towards improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Graduate in any field (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Customer Relations preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
