We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team Inder Book Agency. This role involves acquiring Handling Client queries and business related problem solutions for business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving more sales. Empathy sizing customer needs, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of In 15-18 K along with opportunities for career growth on performance shown.-
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in Catering new Orders and updates to Clients.
Assisting Client needs like Accounts check, dispatch, returns and settlements.
Self initiative for payment followups against every order.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate/BBA and 3-6 years. Strong communication skills, Soft speaking, customer-centric approach, and ability to close Customer needs and queries are important for this profile. Proficiency in Job Skills is an added advantage.
