Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to US-based customers and prospects as per the assigned dialler list.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch products or services effectively in English.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion ratios.
• Maintain accurate call logs, customer data, and activity records in the system.
• Follow the prescribed call script while adapting naturally to customer conversations.
• Coordinate with team leads and supervisors for escalations or special cases.
• Ensure high call quality, energy levels, and customer experience throughout the shift.
