Customer Support Executive / Telecaller

Location: Malad West, Near Dalmia College, Sundernagar, Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

### Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

### Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support.

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

### Requirements

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
