We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through email and chat support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Hindi. This role involves assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer issues
Maintain a professional and empathetic communication style
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience
Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
Good typing and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (email, chat tools, CRM systems)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
Freshers: Training will be provided
Experienced candidates: One year prior experience in customer support/email/chat support is required.
Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Team player with good interpersonal skills
