Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent service. The role involves understanding customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Training will be provided for selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests
Provide accurate information and support
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18 to 32 years
Languages: Malayalam & English (mandatory)
Education: Any graduate / undergraduate (preferred, not mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Work Details:
Shift: Rotational shifts
Mode: Voice / Inbound calls
Training: Provided by the company
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
