We are looking for a confident and polite Calling Executive who can talk to customers, share information about our products/services, and maintain good communication with them.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers or leads provided by the company.
Explain products/services in a clear and friendly manner.
Answer customer questions and provide correct information.
Maintain daily call records and follow up with interested customers.
Work with the sales/marketing team to achieve targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Friendly and positive attitude while talking to customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM entry).
Punctual, confident, and goal-oriented.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Fresher or experienced both can apply.
