Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for Domestic Call Center roles. The candidate should be fluent in Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam and capable of handling customer interactions efficiently. This is a morning shift job, suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information

Resolve complaints in a professional manner

Maintain call records and customer details

Follow company communication guidelines

Meet daily performance targets

Required Skills

Fluency in Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam (any one or more)

Basic communication skills in English (preferred)

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge

Qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
