We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote diagnostic services and healthcare packages over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and maintaining strong patient/customer relationships.
1. Lead Generation & Sales
Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote diagnostic tests, health check-up packages, and services
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments/bookings
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
2. Customer Handling
Explain diagnostic services, packages, pricing, and offers to customers
3. Follow-ups & Conversion
Conduct timely follow-ups on leads generated from campaigns, website, and walk-ins
Maintain lead database and update CRM regularly
Ensure maximum conversion of leads into bookings
4. Coordination
Coordinate with lab, clinic, and operations team for appointment scheduling
Share daily sales and call reports with the reporting manager
Assist in promotional campaigns and health awareness drives
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Good knowledge of diagnostic services/healthcare industry (preferred)
Strong sales and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
Patient-centric and target-driven mindset
