Urgent Hiring – Business Development Manager

Salary: ₹50,000+ per month (Based on experience)

• Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication

• Interior Design & Fit-outs

• Signage & Environmental Graphics

• Branding & Display Solutions

• Event & Exhibition Industry

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong client acquisition and business development abilities.

• Capable of generating new business leads and converting them into projects.

• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

Software Knowledge

• MS Word

• MS Excel

• MS Outlook

• MS PowerPoint

• Other related business applications

Language Preference

• English (Mandatory)

• Kannada (Preferred)

• Hindi (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the exhibitions and events industry by identifying domestic and international exhibitors.

• Develop new clients through cold calling, networking, references, and direct client meetings.

• Send company profiles, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.

• Schedule meetings with potential clients and maximize conversion opportunities.

• Understand client requirements, prepare detailed briefs, and coordinate with the internal design and project teams.

• Follow up with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

• Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely collection of payments after project completion.
