The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, increasing revenue, and expanding the company’s market presence. The role involves strategic planning, sales execution, and coordination with internal teams to achieve business growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data
Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and business events

Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred
4–8 years of experience in business development or sales
