About the Role
We are a fast-growing SaaS company expanding into the US market and seeking a driven Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate our growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution — ideal for a competitive and results-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital campaigns
Build, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule demos and ensure smooth client handoffs
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation & conversion targets
Track outreach KPIs and optimize campaigns for improved efficiency
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or sales — preferably targeting the US market
Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Self-starter mindset — proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently
Familiarity with the US B2B sales landscape will be an added advantage
