Job Title: Business Development Executive – Banking & NBFCs
Experience Required
3 Years of relevant experience in business development, sales support, or client engagement within banking, , fintech’s, or collection agencies.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will support business growth initiatives within the banking and financial services collections domain. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, proposal support, and assisting senior leadership in acquiring and managing clients across collection portfolios (Early, Mid, Late Stage, Legal & Recovery).
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Support
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in banking and financial services collections (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, SME, etc.)
• Support client acquisition by coordinating outreach to banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and financial institutions
• Participate in pitching collection process solutions under guidance from senior BD leadership
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
Proposal & Commercial Support
• Support preparation of proposals, presentations, RFPs, and capability decks
• Assist in understanding commercial terms, pricing structures, and SLAs
• Coordinate internal inputs required for proposal submissions
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
• Coordinate client meetings, calls, and presentations along with senior team members
• Act as a point of contact for basic client queries and coordination requirements
• Support onboarding activities by liaising with operations, compliance, and finance teams
Market & Reporting Support
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
• Maintain BD trackers, lead status reports, and follow-up documentation
• Provide periodic updates on pipeline progress and client interactions
