View Holiday Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and want to build a career in the Tour and Travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information related to tour and travel services
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback

Job Requirements

Female candidates only
Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Ability to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required
Willingness to work 6 days a week in a day shift environment
