Job Summary

Uniworld Outsourcing LLP is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.

• Contact potential clients and explain the company's services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for closures.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Positive attitude with a target-driven approach.

• Willingness to work in the Night Shift.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Support.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
