Key Responsibilities
Engage with international clients to promote and sell business conference sponsorships and delegate packages.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers. Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate leads and set up meetings.
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships Qualifications
Education: PUC (Pre-University Course) or Graduation in any discipline.
Experience: Fresher’s with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Additional Information
Shift Timing: Night Shift 6:30 PM -3:30 AM
