Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling and client meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers.
Promote and sell Industrial Paints, Abrasives, Safety Products and other industrial consumables.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order execution.
Follow up on enquiries, orders, deliveries and outstanding payments.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Submit daily visit reports and maintain CRM/Sales MIS.

Candidate Profile: Graduate/Diploma (MBA Marketing preferred).
1–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Sales.

Experience in Industrial Paints, Abrasives, Hardware, MRO, Engineering Products or similar industries will be preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Ready for field sales and customer visits.
