Business Development Executive

JOB ROLE : Business Development cum Front Desk Executive (Female)

Location: Kathriguppe, Bengaluru

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / MBA /

Experience: 0 – 2 years in a CA firm or professional office environment

Languages Required: Kannada and English (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Handle the reception area, greet clients, manage incoming calls, and coordinate office correspondence (couriers/emails).

• Audit & Taxation Support: Assist in preparation of Income Tax returns and provide documentation support for Statutory and Internal Audits.

• GST & Secretarial Compliance: Manage GST registrations, monthly filings, and assist with basic ROC/Company incorporation tasks.

• Business Development: Proactively identify potential leads and bring new clients to the firm to drive business growth.

• Client Onboarding: Pitch the firm’s services to prospective clients and manage the end-to-end onboarding process.

• Office Operations: Maintain office decorum, manage schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning.

Key Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Basic hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and Government Tax/GST portals.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and English to interact with clients.

• Growth Mindset: A sales-oriented approach with the ability to meet client acquisition targets for variable pay.

• Multitasking Ability: Capable of balancing front-office duties with technical accounting tasks effectively.

• Professional Conduct: Organized, punctual, and maintaining a professional appearance as the first point of contact for the firm.
