Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and organizing files.
Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, including client information, proposals, contracts, and project status updates.
Communication : Serve as a point of contact between the Business Development team and other departments within the organization, as well as external stakeholders such as clients, partners, and vendors.
Research : Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights to support business development initiatives.
Documentation : Assist in the preparation and review of business documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to business development activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and tools as required."
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Good communication and coordination skills
