We are looking for a Frontend Business Consultant to join our team at Nxtage Business Consulting. This role involves working directly with business owners and management teams across Tamil Nadu to understand their operations, identify business challenges, and support the implementation of practical improvement solutions across People, Process, Data, and Digital. The role offers a dynamic work environment with excellent opportunities for learning, growth, and extensive field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned client locations as per the travel schedule.

• Interact directly with business owners and management teams to understand their business operations and requirements.

• Identify operational gaps, challenges, and opportunities for business improvement.

• Prepare practical action plans based on client requirements.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of approved business improvement solutions.

• Guide and train client employees on new processes and systems.

• Review implementation progress and help resolve operational challenges.

• Coordinate with the backend team for reporting, documentation, and follow-up.

• Prepare visit reports, action plans, and implementation updates.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification with Experience Range of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and client-handling skills. Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint is preferred.

This is a field-based role requiring approximately 22 days of travel per month across Tamil Nadu. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively, work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and have strong execution and follow-up skills.
