📌 About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will interact with customers, understand their requirements, provide support, and help them with queries related to Stock Market & Mutual Funds.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and provide professional support.
Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints.
Explain Stock Market, Demat & Trading, and Mutual Fund services.
Follow up with customers and potential leads.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Achieve monthly performance and business targets.
✅ Who Can Apply?
Graduate from any stream.
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge or interest in the Stock Market & Mutual Funds will be an advantage.
Comfortable working 6 days a week in a day shift.
