Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Handle Artist inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide accurate information and timely solutions to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with brands and corporate partners to drive new show opportunities, as part of our artist and event management initiatives.
Support artist business development, including coordination, communication, and opportunity alignment.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
Escalate complex concerns to the relevant departments when required.
Meet key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Minimum education: Diploma or Graduate in any field.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to work 6 days a week (Day shift).
