We are hiring a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for Jewel Saathi, a jewellery business software solution by Jewel Casa Pvt. Ltd.

Jewel Saathi helps retail jewellers manage and grow their businesses through digital solutions, including websites, mobile apps, order management, karigar management, WhatsApp selling, and gold and silver savings tracking.

We are looking for candidates with experience in telesales, inside sales, B2B sales, software sales, or the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to interested and potential customers.
Explain Jewel Saathi software and its benefits to retail jewellers.
Conduct live online product demonstrations.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
Handle customer questions, objections, and pricing discussions.
Maintain daily call, demo, and sales records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the onboarding team after closing deals.
