About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development to drive business growth, generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and support clients in recovering unclaimed investments, shares, dividends, and related financial assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and client meetings.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and explain company services, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and recovery processes.

• Conduct presentations, consultations, and follow-ups with potential clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with operations, legal, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular MIS reports.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Stay updated on IEPF-related processes, regulatory updates, and market trends.

Working Days

10 AM – 6 PM

5.5 Days working (1st and 3rd Saturday off)

1 Casual leave in a month
