Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales strategies. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive, fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Present company products and services to customers effectively.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute growth strategies.

• Understand customer needs and propose suitable business solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Prepare regular business development and sales performance reports.

• Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
