Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong interest in finance, research services, and B2B/B2C sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Present and explain Finnovest’s service to prospective clients
Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue goals
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations
Coordinate with internal teams (research, marketing, operations) for seamless delivery
Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking initiatives to represent the company

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Financial Services, or relevant roles
Knowledge of financial markets, research products, and investment services is a plus
