Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female)
Location: Gorakhpur
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and manage leads received through India MART and Justdial.
Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services.
Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer data and update CRM/Excel records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Tele calling, or Sales.
Experience handling India MART and Justdial leads is mandatory.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email handling.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills:
Strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work under targets.
Good communication in Hindi and basic English.
