Business Development & Marketing Executive – Two Wheeler

Job Summary

The Business Development & Marketing Executive will be responsible for increasing sales, expanding market presence, generating leads, and promoting two-wheeler products through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities, dealers, and fleet customers

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and vendors

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs

• Plan and execute dealership expansion and area coverage strategies

Marketing Activities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and showroom activities

• Coordinate test ride camps, roadshows, exhibitions, and local events

• Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, online leads, campaigns)

• Ensure proper branding, visibility, and promotional material at showroom and field level

• Track marketing performance and prepare reports

Sales Support & Customer Engagement

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert into sales

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with sales, service, and finance teams for smooth operations

• Collect customer feedback and support improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

• 1–5 years of experience in two-wheeler / automobile sales & marketing

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of local market and competitor analysis

• Willingness to travel locally for field activities

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
