Key Responsibilities
· Provide first-level functional support to branch users, including logging, tracking, resolving incidents, and offering guidance for application-related issues.
· Coordinate with branches to understand operational problems and escalate technical cases to the IT development team, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
· Prepare BRDs, user requirement documents, workflow diagrams, and maintain SOPs, FAQs, and training materials for reference.
· Conduct user training sessions for new joiners, new modules, and system updates, ensuring proper user adoption.
· Assist in UAT activities, coordinate with QA teams, validate system changes, and communicate application updates or new releases.
· Monitor daily application activities, support data validation and basic checks, and ensure smooth end-to-end functioning of business processes.
