We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager who can build, manage, and grow our brand’s presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand brand positioning, content strategy, and audience engagement, while ensuring consistency in brand voice and visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies to improve brand awareness and recall
Manage brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan, schedule, and monitor content in alignment with brand guidelines
Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns
Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
Analyze brand performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
Handle influencer collaborations and brand partnerships (if required)
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
Required Skills
Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing
Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
Basic understanding of content creation and storytelling
Good communication and coordination skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
Understanding of influencer marketing and campaign planning
Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field (preferred)
Relevant experience, internships, or strong portfolio will be an advantage
