The Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming and supporting customers when they visit the branch.
Building and maintaining relationships by understanding customer needs and matching them with the right banking products.
Handling everyday account queries and ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
Helping to grow the branch’s business by deepening existing relationships and bringing in new ones.
Reliability, empathy, and clear communication are essential, alongside sales ability.
Managing a personal portfolio of customers, conducting needs-based conversations, and following up.
Open and service accounts, set up mobile/online banking, resolve issues within SLA.
The role requires a good balance of sales ability and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Local Language - Telugu is Mandatory Need Immediate Joinees
