Job Opening: Branch Relationship Officer (AXIS Bank / HDFC Bank)
We are hiring Branch Relationship Officers for AXIS Bank and HDFC Bank.
Salary Package: ₹4,40,000 per annum
This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy interacting with customers and want to build a career in the banking sector. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
Assist customers by providing accurate information about banking products and services.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
Record customer interactions and maintain proper follow-up.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.
Work closely with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve performance targets related to service quality, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
Any graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
Maximum age: 30 years.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and banking operations will be an added advantage.
Willing to work 6 days a week in the Day Shift.
