Job Title: Relationship Executive – Security Guard Hiring & Training

Company: Smart Kadam.work Pvt Ltd.
Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit suitable candidates for security guard positions through various sources such as field visits, job portals, and references

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, training partners, and internal teams

• Coordinate with candidates for enrollment in security training programs

• Explain job roles, training process, and career opportunities to candidates

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming requirements

• Conduct initial screening and documentation of candidates

• Ensure timely mobilization of candidates for training batches

• Maintain candidate database and update records regularly in Excel or internal systems

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and training process

• Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth onboarding

Key Attributes:

• Result-oriented and proactive approach

• Ability to handle bulk hiring

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment drives
