🚨 WE’RE HIRING | ONBOARDING OFFICER

Looking for an exciting opportunity in Sales & Customer Engagement? We are hiring motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Onboarding Officer in Pune!

📍 Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

👔 Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in BPO Sales / Telecalling / Outbound Calling

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Weekly Off: Sunday

🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

▪️ Make outbound calls to potential customers and counsel them about available products.

▪️ Handle 100–150 calls per day with 3–5 hours of talk time.

▪️ Understand customer requirements and explain equity-based advisory products.

▪️ Suggest suitable investment-related plans based on customer needs.

▪️ Follow up with interested leads and convert prospects into clients.

▪️ Manage the sales process from the initial interaction to final conversion.

🎯 REQUIRED SKILLS

✅ Excellent communication and convincing skills.

✅ Strong sales orientation and target-focused approach.

✅ Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

✅ Professional, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.

✅ Hindi and English language proficiency is mandatory.

✅ Basic mathematical and numerical calculation skills.

🌐 Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam, or Bengali will be an added advantage.

🎓 TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

📌 10 days of training and certification will be provided.

📌 Final onboarding will be subject to successful completion of the training and certification process.
