Provide guidance to clients regarding business, marketing services, or career-related queries

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions

Conduct basic assessments and coordinate with internal teams

Maintain proper documentation and client records

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

Support day-to-day counselling, coordination, and follow-up activities
