Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Bengaluru.

• The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating the value of products or services.

• Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, explaining products, and maintaining accurate sales records.

• The representative will collaborate with the sales team and receive ongoing training to enhance selling techniques and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Hindi

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities

• Proficiency in Sales techniques and a passion for achieving targets

• Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance skills

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Highly motivated, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus

Who Can Apply

• Graduate Freshers (any stream except BTech and BCA). Experienced Undergrad with minimum 6months to 4 years of experience in Tele Sales

• Minimum 6 months of voice process experience.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Mandatory.

• Confidence in handling insurance process.

Salary

Up to ₹20,000 to 32,000 in-hand, based on experience and performance.
