Shift: Australian Shift (Early Morning Shift)
Experience: 6 months – 2 Years
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound calls for clients
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries
Maintain call quality and follow communication scripts where required
Build positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Maintain proper call records and reporting
Skills Required:
Excellent English Communication (Mandatory)
Confident speaking & active listening skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in early morning/Australian shift
Customer handling skills
